Purivise supplies and develops Innovative Resin Technology for Biopharmaceutical Purification. Our core product is PuriZorb-PG4, a sterile, endotoxin-free, purified and activated Amberlite® XAD-4 resin suspension supplied in 2L polycarbonate bottles, ready-to-use in PBS buffer. Unlike dry-packaged adsorbents or column cartridges, PuriZorb-PG4 requires no equilibration or washing steps prior to use. Simply add it directly to the protein, vaccine, or biomolecule solution to rapidly remove detergents and hydrophobic impurities.

Produced under cGMP conditions, PuriZorb-PG4 guarantees consistency, sterility, and reproducibility across scales. It is ideally suited for sensitive biopharmaceutical workflows, where detergent removal is a critical step for maintaining product functionality and regulatory compliance.

Amberlite® XAD-4 resin is a well-established, macroreticular, crosslinked polystyrene-divinylbenzene adsorbent. Its high surface area (~750 m²/g) and pore structure (~40 Å mean pore diameter) provide efficient adsorption of small hydrophobic molecules and detergents from aqueous solutions. The resin is chemically inert, autoclavable, and exhibits negligible protein binding, ensuring that valuable biomolecules remain intact during purification. The bio-beads are often used in biotechnological process.
